ODOO FUNCTIONAL CONSULTANT 

(Fulltime)

1. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work directly with clients to collect and analyze business requirements and provide consulting on suitable Odoo solutions.

• Map client processes to Odoo standard functionalities and identify gaps.

• Design solution blueprints, ensuring scalability and alignment with client business needs.

• Configure Odoo modules (Sales, Inventory, Accounting, HR, MRP, etc.) based on business needs.

• Create business requirement documents (BRD) and user manuals.

• Train end-users and support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) process.

• Coordinate with technical team (developers) to handle customization needs.

• Communicate via email, chat, and online collaboration tools (Trello, Jira, Redmine, etc.).

• Coordinate daily meetings to overlap with the customer's US time zone 

2. JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 2 years of experience working with Odoo ERP (implementation, customization, or support). 

• Solid understanding of at least 2–3 functional areas (Finance, Supply Chain, Manufactur-ing, HR CRM, etc.).

• English proficiency for effective communication

• Good business analysis and process modeling skills.

• Strong knowledge of  Odoo standard modules and workflows

• Good communication and presentation skills in remote/online settings (Zoom, Google Meet,etc.).

• Ability to write clear and structured documentation (e.g., BRD, user guides).

• Self-driven, responsible, and able to work independently in a remote setup

• Basic technical knowledge (Python, XML, PostgreSQL) is an advantage.

• Familiar with Agile/Scrum methodology and ERP project lifecycle.

- Time: From 8.30 - 17.30 from Mon - Fri
